What call share features are available in Microsoft Teams and how do I use the,?
The Calls feature in Microsoft Teams can support shared calls in multiple ways when assigned a Wayne State telephone number. In select locations, physical phones can be purchased to support a call queue or auto attendant at reception desks.
Submit a support request ticket to the telecommunications team to request the programming of any of these features on a Wayne State telephone line. Requests should come from a department head or other member of leadership.
