How do I turn off conversation mode in my Wayne Connect inbox?

Conversation Mode in Wayne Connect - Powered by Microsoft email automatically groups together an original message and any replies; messages within the same stream or with the same subject line are consolidated. While this feature is helpful, it can unfortunately make it easy to overlook replies.

 

Follow the steps below to turn off Conversation Mode in your browser.

 

  1. Log in at connect.wayne.edu.
  2. Enter your inbox.
  3. At the top of your message list, click All -- this opens a drop-down menu. At the bottom of the menu, select Messages instead of Conversations.

  4. Conversation Mode is now off.

 

NOTE: This setting needs to be customized in each separate folder; changing it in your inbox will not change it for your entire account.
