Why does the DeskTech support form not work in my browser?

The DeskTech support form does not work in Internet Explorer 10 Compatibility View. DeskTech managed computers have Compatibility View turned off by default. If Compatibility View is off (gray icon, not blue) and you are still having issues with the form, please contact the C&IT Help Desk for assistance.
