The 2017 SPSS and SAS software products are now available for purchase through the Help Desk store at commerce.wayne.edu/helpdesk. To maintain uninterrupted use of the software, you must renew before this year’s expiration on Dec. 31, 2016.

This software is to be used by faculty for teaching and academic research purposes only. You must have faculty status in order to view or purchase this software through our web store. If you are a researcher without faculty status or administrator placing an order on behalf of faculty, please contact the Help Desk directly at 313-577-4357 so that they may confirm your use and grant an exception to place your order.

Product offerings and distribution for 2017 SPSS

• SPSS (version 24) is delivered exclusively by download. 
• If you are renewing version 23, the activation code will be contained in the Product Key & Renewal Instructions PDF download.
• Paid orders will immediately receive downloads, renewal codes and installation instructions which will be located under the My Downloads section once logged in to the store.
• If you are purchasing on behalf of a group or department, you may forward your order invoice email which contains the download links for the faculty/researchers that you have ordered on behalf of, not to exceed the number of users of which you have purchased licenses for.
• Orders paid by IRB or money will have access to your downloads after payment is received. Please read the installation/renewal instructions prior to attempting to download as it contains important usage information as well as your activation code.
• New users will need to download the software (version 24) and install it prior to applying the new activation code. The software installation files are available through the My Downloads panel.

Lab and large group special pricing

Below is the pricing structure for the Premium Package of IBM SPSS 24 for 2017. Lab and large group orders can be purchased online but must meet minimum user requirements.

• Please read the installation/renewal instructions PDF download prior to downloading the software or renewal files as it contains important usage information.

• SAS 9.4 orders will allow you to download the complete SAS software as a zip file or use the included SAS Installation Data (SID) file to renew an existing 9.4 installation.
• SAS 9.3 and 9.2 Renewal License orders will allow you to download the SAS Installation Data (SID) files for the respective version of your order to apply to your existing installation.

• You may use your ProCard (or Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express) or IRB to pay for your order.
• ProCard/credit card purchases made via CASHNet will be processed and the downloads made available immediately.
• Orders over $2,000.00 will require payment by IRB. IRB orders will be processed and the downloads made available upon receipt of the hard copy.
