Introducing Tech Solutions a new way for faculty to get help with Blackboard and more
Wayne State Faculty:
Computing & Information Technology has launched a new IT support and ticket tracking system. The Blackboard Support Team will be using this system to document and track all issues and requests from faculty for Blackboard assistance. Tech Solutions will allow us to follow and escalate issues in a timely, effective manner.
