Why can't I log in to my Wayne Connect email account or Canvas, when I'm able to log into Academica?
There are multiple reasons why you may be able to log in to Academica, but cannot access other services such as Canvas and Wayne Connect email.
- Applicants do not have access to Wayne Connect or Canvas. Access to Wayne Connect is granted upon acceptance. Canvas access is granted within 24 hours of class registration.
- You may have recently changed your password. Academica single login accepts your old password until you log in with your new password; you will not be able to access these other services until you enter the new password.
- There may be an issue with your web browser. Clear your cache and cookies and try again.
