How do I allow certain people to message me while my status is set to "do not disturb"? ?

You will not receive notifications from anyone when your status is set to Do not disturb. However, if you wish to allow certain people to contact you while you are on do not disturb, you can give them Priority access.

1. Navigate to Settings and more... next to your profile picture, and then choose Settings.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Privacy and click on Manage priority access.
   
   
   
3. Type the name of the person or phone number in the text field and close the settings.
