How can I contact Qualtrics support?

Qualtrics offers three ways to get product support: through chat, email, or a phone call. For security purposes, you will need to sign in to your Wayne State Qualtrics account to request support.

Follow the steps below to request support from Qualtrics:

  1. Sign in to Qualtrics.
  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. In the pop-up window, click Contact Support.
  1. Click Sign in with SSO on the Qualtrics Sign in the new window. Do not enter your username or password at this stage.


  1. Wayne State's Organization ID is waynestate. Enter this in the organization box, then click Continue.


  1. You will be redirected to the Qualtrics Support portal. Note: if your session timed out, then you will be redirected to the Wayne State Academica login page.
  1. Select a category for your support request. If your issue is not listed, select I have a different support request.
  1. Select one of the following options:
  1. Chat
  1. Phone
  2. Email
