How can I contact Qualtrics support?
Share & PrintQualtrics offers three ways to get product support: through chat, email, or a callback. However for security purposes, you need to sign in to your Wayne State Qualtrics account to request support.
Follow the steps below to request support from Qualtrics:
- Sign in to Qualtrics.
- Click Help in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the pop-up window, click Contact Support.
- Do not enter your username or password! Click Sign in with SSO instead:
- Wayne State's Organization ID is waynestate. Enter this in the organization box, then click Continue.
- You will be redirected to the Qualtrics Support portal. Note: if your session timed out, then you will be redirected to the Wayne State Academica login page.
- Select a category for your support request. If your issue is not listed, select I have a different support request.
- Select one of the following options:
- Chat
- Phone
