What are the types of Reports that I can generate?

There are three different types of reports that users can generate: Individual Reports, Owner’s Access Reports and Direct Report’s Access.

  • Individual Access Report: Individual Access Report allows you to view all your access permission, including the role groups that you belong to, detailed folder permissions, and folders that you own.

Within individual access reports, there are three different options: Detailed User Permission, Role Groups, and Folders that you own.

    • Detailed user permission: Shows you all the folders that a user has access to, which level access they have, user’s permission level, and who the owner of the folder is. Note: Only folder owners are able to grant access to their folder.

    • Role Groups: Generating this report shows all the folders that a user has access to based on their employee job role.

    • Folders that you own: This report is for users who want to view what folders they own and what they can delegate access.

  • Owner’s Access Report:?Users can use this report to determine what folders they own and what they can delegate.

  • Direct Report’s Access: This report is generally used by supervisors to see which folders their direct employees have access to.
