How do I contact and/or follow up with CCTS Support Technicians?
If you have requested a service or submitted a ticket to Campus and Classroom Technology Services (CCTS), your designated Support Technician(s) will follow-up with you directly regarding your issue. If you need to amend your request or discuss the matter further, please contact the C&IT Help Desk or check the status of your ticket directly by logging in to Cherwell with your AccessID and password.
