What is the Help Desk store?

The C&IT Help Desk store provides free and discounted software, tech accessories, and diagnostics and repairs to current Wayne State students, faculty, and staff for academic, departmental, and personal use. The C&IT Help Desk Store operates with two goals in mind:

 

  1. To reduce the cost of desktop software that has universal interest through volume purchase agreements and site licensing.
  2. To promote software anti-piracy and encourage patrons to comply with licensing requirements.

Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. for phone calls, email or live chat.

 

 

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for in person and hands-on support
