How do I download my software from the C&IT Help Desk store?

Follow the steps below to download software from the C&IT Help Desk store. Downloads are listed by platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.) and include a PDF with instructions and the product key (if applicable).

• Log in with your AccessID and password to our online store at commerce.wayne.edu/helpdesk.
• Click My Downloads in the upper right-hand corner, next to My Cart.
• Click the appropriate download link for the item needed.
