Is there anything I need to bring to the C&IT Help Desk in addition to my computer?
When you visit the C&IT Help Desk for computer and mobile device diagnostic and repair services, please bring either your power cord or laptop (notebook) power adapter and all appropriate software (operating system software and/or application software).
Note: C&IT Help Desk personnel will only install properly licensed software. You must provide the original discs, licenses and product keys.
