How do I validate my Office 365 product key without verification by email? (For paid version only)

Users do not have to receive the Office 365 verification via email to their @wayne.edu address. Follow the steps below to receive verification via

live chat.

 1. Visit Office.com/verify.

 2. DO NOT ENTER THE PRODUCT KEY.

 3. Click Get Support in the upper right-hand corner.

 4. Click Contact Support (center button).

 5. Complete the form to begin the chat.
