The Wayne State University phone systems allows users to delete all voicemail messages on their phone at once. If your voice mailbox reaches capacity, callers will not be able to leave new messages. Follow the steps below to purge all messages in your voice mailbox at once:

1. Access your voicemail box on your phone by dialing *86 and entering your password.
2. Follow the steps to listen to the messages in your voicemail box.
3. When listening to the first message, press 7 to delete all messages.
4. Press 7 again to delete all messages.
5. Press 1 to confirm.
