Special events

C&IT provides audiovisual support for special events that are booked in general purpose classrooms and lecture halls, as well as the auditoriums and conference rooms in the Undergraduate and Purdy-Kresge libraries.  

Additional fees apply when requesting a tech to remain on-site for the duration of an event, or for supplementary technology that is not already installed in these spaces. Pricing, room capacities and amenities are managed by the Student Center.
