C&IT monitors the health and availability of Wayne State technology resources via regular and automated testing. This page is designed as a quick reference tool to verify if user experiences are related to a known outage as well as whether vendor-reported outages impact Wayne State licenses and environments.
Suspected outages or service interruptions may be reported to the C&IT Help Desk.

April 16
4:45 p.m.: Zoom is reporting partial access restored. C&IT is working to verify Wayne State services are operational.
3 p.m.: Zoom is currently experiencing a global outage due to an issue at the service-provider level. As an alternative, we recommend using Wayne State email and Microsoft Teams to collaborate. C&IT is working with our vendor partners to identify the issue and restore full access as soon as possible.
