C&IT monitors the health and availability of Wayne State technology resources via regular and automated testing. This page is designed as a quick reference tool to verify if user experiences are related to a known outage as well as whether vendor-reported outages impact Wayne State licenses and environments.

Supervisor views of time sheets may display incorrect information due to a known error with the vendor product that supports employee resources in Academica. This error is only visual, and we have verified that it does not impact time sheet approvals or payroll. Impacted items include time sheet Total Hours and Total Units, as well as dates for reported hours/codes. This error only impacts the approver view of time sheets for supervisors and super users, and employees will experience no changes in submitting their time sheets. C&IT is working with Human Resources and our vendor Ellucian to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Until then, time sheet approvers can use the Change Record button when viewing an employee time sheet to review the correct hour distribution and dates and submit approval.
