Special events

CCTS provides audiovisual support for special events that are booked in general purpose classrooms and lecture halls, as well as the auditoriums and conference rooms in the Undergraduate and Purdy-Kresge libraries.  

Additional fees apply when requesting a tech to remain on-site for the duration of an event, or for supplementary technology that is not already installed in these spaces. Pricing, room capacities, and amenities are managed by the Student Center.
