Why is my Academica account disabled?

Academica accounts may be disabled for one of the following reasons.

 

  • There have been more than five login attempts using an incorrect password. For security reasons, an account is disabled after the fifth unsuccessful login.
  • A student has not registered for classes for four consecutive terms. Access is not extended to inactive students.
  • An employee has left the university.

 

If you think your account has been deactivated in error, please contact the C&IT Help Desk at tech.wayne.edu/helpdesk. If you are a currently enrolled student in good standing or a current employee, your account will be reactivated within three business days.
