How do I request help from CCTS?
Campus and Classroom Technology Services (CCTS) customers can report issues or request assistance in two different ways:
- Call the C&IT Help Desk at 313-577-4357. They'll create a ticket for your support request and direct it to the appropriate DeskTech Support Technician in your area.
- Submit a support request ticket at Helpdesk support or click the support icon on your computer's desktop.
