  4. Open the VMware Horizon Client.

  5. Click on the to add a new connection server. Type in vlab.vdi.wayne.edu and click Connect (you will only have to do this once).

  6. Login with your AccessID and password.

Web browser access

  1. Go to https://vlab.vdi.wayne.edu in your web browser.

  2. Click on VMware Horizon HTML Access and you will be able to access the virtual machine from a web browser window. NOTE: USB drive access from the virtual machine is not possible with this method.

Exiting vLAB

To exit, click Sign Out on the start menu of the virtual machine (do not just close the web browser or VMware Horizon Client).

NOTE: You will need to save any data (to your local computer, OneDrive account, email, etc.) prior to exiting vLAB. When you sign out, the virtual machine is removed and its resources are added back to the main cluster for distribution elsewhere.
