OneCard issues reported across campus

RESOLVED: Wednesday August 7 @ 6:00 p.m.

All essential OneCard services are now operational. Only the parking intercoms remain out of service.

UPDATE: Wednesday August 7 @ 8:30 a.m.

OneCard Cash Deposit Machines are now operational. We continue to work on:

  • Parking Structure 6 (including parking intercoms)
  • Campus vending machines
  • Some door access readers, including student housing buildings
  • Purchases at off-campus dining and retail vendors

  • UPDATE: Tuesday August 6 @ 6:00 p.m.

    Meal plans, on-campus food and retail purchases, Parking Structures 2 and 4, Parking Lot 75, and student print services are back in service. We continue to work on:

  • Parking Structure 6 (including parking intercoms)
  • Campus vending machines
  • Some door access readers, including student housing buildings
  • Deposits using a OneCard Cash Deposit Machine
  • Purchases at off-campus dining and retail vendors
  • POSTED: Tuesday August 6 @ 11:45 a.m.

    We have received multiple reports of difficulties with OneCard transactions across campus, including:

  • Some parking lots and structures (including parking intercoms)
  • Campus vending machines
  • Some door access readers, including student housing buildings
  • Student print service readers
  • Deposits using a OneCard Cash Deposit Machine
  • Purchases at off-campus dining and retail vendors

  • Reports began Sunday, Aug. 4, and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
