In addition to switching to a new provider, we are updating access points across campus and adding additional access points to areas with known connectivity issues. Over the next two years, we will invest over $4 million to deploy more than 4,000 access points across 100+ buildings.

Computing & Information Technology is pleased to report that the 2017 IT Services Survey shows 83 percent of respondents had a favorable overall satisfaction rating for IT services at Wayne State University.
Qualtrics users may now utilize the Qualtrics Offline App to gather information without internet access and the Qualtrics Application Programming Interface (API) to automate processes.
