How do CCTS users get computer help?

Campus and Classroom Technology Services (CCTS) users may request services or support for their computers with the CCTS forms. Follow the instructions to request support and contact the C&IT Help Desk if you need further assistance.

The CCTS forms are to be used by C&IT DeskTech customers ONLY. Please choose from the selections to make service requests or desktop support requests.

All tickets are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis. For live one-on-one assistance, or for an emergency during business hours, please call the C&IT Help Desk at 313-577-4357.
