How do CCTS users get computer help?
Share & PrintCampus and Classroom Technology Services (CCTS) users may request services or support for their computers with the CCTS forms. Follow the instructions to request support and contact the C&IT Help Desk if you need further assistance.
The CCTS forms are to be used by C&IT DeskTech customers ONLY. Please choose from the selections to make service requests or desktop support requests.
All tickets are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis. For live one-on-one assistance, or for an emergency during business hours, please call the C&IT Help Desk at 313-577-4357.
