How do I gain access to departmental shared folders or drives?
Requests to modify or grant access to departmental shared resources must be submitted at least one business day prior to being needed by a director, business manager, or delegated personnel. To authorize someone other than a Director or Business Manager to create and modify user accounts on your department's behalf, please email HelpDesk requesting that they be authorized to modify access for user accounts in your departments.
To request access to your department's shared folders or drive for a user, visit the helpdesk forms and select Request AD Account or Departmental Data Changes, and follow the prompts.
