Wayne State University’s Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) department is partnering with Organization and Employee Development to offer interactive webinars about technology and working in a virtual environment. The hourlong webinars will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 13, Wednesday, Oct. 21, and Tuesday, Oct. 27.

C&IT Senior Director for Information Security and Access Management Garrett McManaway discusses the importance of web security awareness and the active role we all play in reducing risk for National Cyber Security Awareness Month 2020.

Using Home Equipment in our Virtual Work

C&IT Director of Quality, Communication and Compliance Tom Duszynski hosts an interactive discussion about computer security updates, router software, Wi-Fi and internet speed, and other equipment, such as cameras, lighting, audio and webcams. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with work-from-home questions.
