Service Management and Communications

The Service Management and Communications team manages tier-one customer support for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates through the Help Desk, monitors daily operations and health statuses of Wayne State IT systems and services, maintains the division's service management tool, including service ticket statistics for all support teams, and facilitates all customer communications including IT training.
