Self-service applications in Academica and Banner unavailable Sept. 22-23

C&IT will upgrade the Banner business operations platform Saturday, Sept. 22, and Sunday, Sept. 23. Banner 8, Banner 9 and all dependent applications will be unavailable during this time. This includes Self-Service Banner (registration, transcripts, student bills, pay stubs, time sheets, financial aid, leave balances and more), other administrative applications (WayneBuy, Alert and more), and the reporting application ODS/Cognos.

This upgrade is part of the final preparation for the mandatory switch to Banner 9 beginning Oct. 1, 2018. Banner 8 forms will not be available after Sept. 30. If you are a Banner user who still needs to switch to Banner 9, online training is available to help you.
