Wired & Wireless Networks
Wayne State offers wired and wireless high-speed internet access in all classroom buildings, dorms, apartments and offices. C&IT also manages network security for all connections across campus.
The networks available on campus include:
- WSU-SECURE: Users with an AccessID should connect to our secure wireless available across campus.
- eduroam: Visitors from other institutions can use their univerisity's credentials to connect to the internet.
- WSU-PUBLIC: Visitors to campus can connect to our limited guest network.
- WSU-LIMITED: This network is for smart TVs, wireless speakers, and game consoles. You must have an AccessID to add a device to this network.
